By receiving equipment and/or labor or by placing an order with Computer House, you agree to the following: Late fees: a 2.5% or $25 charge (whichever is greater) will be added to the balance due for every 20 days late. Not being charged a late fee does not indicate that other late fees will be waved. Non-term payments are due upon receipt. A 20% or more non-refundable down payment may be required for special orders. Special orders are items ordered that are not in stock and/or cost more then $50. Return or refused checks or credit cards will be subjected to a $50 charge, original due amount, and other late fees. Any legal action required to obtain payments will be the responsibility of the customer. Prices, quantity, availability, and warranty coverage's are subject to change without notice. Sorry, all sales are final. We provide brand new and un-used equipment only, unless offered at a reduced rate. Refused shipments are subject to a 25% charge and all shipping costs both ways plus the full cost of the purchase. Invoice totals already reflect a 3% discount for payment made by cash or check. Computer House does not warranty nor guarantees that any labor performed and/or that any hardware, software, or data purchased and/or modified is Y2K compliant or ready, including any labor and/or hardware, software, or data purchased to make Y2K compliant, is compliant or ready. Warranty coverage's: “CH”: From the date on the original invoice; parts will be covered by a one year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship by Computer House unless misused and/or if serviced by any other person(s) or company(s) other than Computer House. Diagnostic labor, replacement labor, travel time, and shipping costs are not covered by warranty. “N/A”: Parts and/or labor are sold with out warranty and/or guarantee of any kind. “MW”: Parts will be covered solely by that product's manufacturer's warranty. Please contact manufacturer for any technical support and/or product warranty claims. If no such warranty is available then the item is sold without warranty. - No loaners are available. CPU, RAM, and Power Supplies are covered by a 30 day warranty, when sold outside of a system. Pre-owned, used, demo units, open box units, or any other items not new in box: are not covered by warranty, unless indicated on the original invoice. - - Customer software and data are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers should back up their data and software regularly and prior to any service and/or upgrades. We offer a service to protect your data during upgrades and/or repairs, performing a one time backup to DVDR. However, we may at times perform this task automatically for no cost, at our discretion as an optional value. Please provide us in writing if you prefer not to have this protection and prior to service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their hardware and software are protected against; viruses, spam, spy ware, electrical damage, and other attacks or dangers. Customers are responsible for providing proper electrical service to equipment. We recommend utilizing battery backup units and surge protectors, and to replace them as required by the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for what is installed on their computers, and the effects of such hardware and/or software may have. Customers are responsible for owning legal original software for each PC and/or Laptop. Product keys, disks, invoices, and certificates, should be stored in a safe place. Computer House will not provide or install illegal copies of software. Computer House is not responsible for any loss and/or corruption of software and/or data, and/or damage to equipment in anyway or for any reason at any time. Computer House is not responsible for any compatibility issues. Computer House is not liable for any loss of data, information, software, property, assets, damages, income, and/or any other item(s) of any value and of any kind. Any AC electrical needed should be provided by a licensed electrician. Please ensure you use surge protection on all your computers and computer related equipment. We are not responsible for wireless quality, stability, security, or feasibility. All service calls further then three miles will incur travel time at $60 per hour. If additional work is requested while on a job, either ask for an estimate in writing, or understand that any additional work will be billed according our rates. In addition, please understand that security threats are real and common, and it is the responsibility of the customer to protect their assets, data, and investments. Ensure you have proper hardware and firewall protection as well as current anti-virus and anti-spy ware running on all your computers. Internet stability is the responsibility of the ISP, and Computer House is not libel for any loss of such service and/or loss of any kind as a result of loss service. If during the course of a service call, normal business operations are effected, it is up to the customer to coordinate with us whether to stop or continue, and Computer House is not libel for any loss of any kind. Computer House is not responsible for any equipment, software, or wiring failure or loss of any kind or for any reason, and/or any losses resulting from such failure whether purchased from Computer House or not at any time or for any reason.
